Let’s face it, there is some crazy shizzle in this world. Our role models often end up on TV after a car crash, arrested or overdose while on some substance or another.
Demi Moore just got hospitalized, possibly to whip-its (inhaling nitrous oxide). Pat Sajak was interviewed on Dan Le Batard’s show “Highly Questionable” revealing that he and Vanna White used to do “The Wheel of Fortune” drunk. Now the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have released the results to a study examining Morgellon’s disease and have concluded the disease is a result of delusional infestation.
The mind is a powerful mother, and it and your body are controlled by you!
1. If you don’t take care of your mind and spirit, then things can get worse.
Many people I know who “Just didn’t care” ended up using alcohol and drugs to get them through some sticky wicket, and then just stayed on them. At this point in my life, I am going through a real loss, the loss of my wife through divorce, but I suck it up and face the pain head on. Crying sometimes? yes. Smiling and laughing things off when ready, absolutely.
2. Drug companies want you on drugs.
Let’s face it, those billions of dollars of ads they are showing you are not just for fun and games. These big drug companies want you on drugs. If you take good care of your mind and body, then when the shizzle hits the fan, you will be doing at least o.k. and no one will be able to use it as an excuse to get you on meds.
3. Your kids, friends and family need you.
When you are doing well and happy, then you inspire the world. When I am doing my usual self, people just love to be around me. If I am glum or sad, then sure they give me sympathy for a while, but then after a time they either ignore me or circle me like hungry wolves. LOL
4. It’s bad for your health to be spiritually f-d up.
You (which are a spirit) control your brain, and your brain controls your body.
If you are f-d up, then you will send crappy messages to your brain, your brain to your body, and your body won’t work well.
The whole mind body connection is nothing weird, it is just your brain and nerves.
5. You get poor if you are mentally f-d up.
Last year I was working with a guy online. Every time I emailed with him, he was facing some new problem or another. In life I am hear to help, and in business I want to help my customers, but if you want to work with me, and handle my money, websites, staff, or my work in any way, you better be happy as a clam, and ready to roll hard.
